1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is missing accessories or parts

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, tags, and invoice


    2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Products damaged or used by the customer

    • Hygiene-related items (personal care, innerwear, etc.)

    • Opened stationery sets, cosmetics, or fragile items not eligible for return

    • Clearance / final sale items


    3. Return Window

    • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery

    • Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted

        • Order ID

        • Product name

        • Reason for return

        • Clear photo or video of the issue

      Our team will review your request and approve or reject it based on eligibility.

      After approval:

      • A pickup will be arranged (where available), or

      • You may be asked to ship the product to our return address
